1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide during registration and profile creation, including your name, email, phone number, company, country, and industry. We also collect listing content, verification documents, and usage data such as device type, IP address, and browsing behavior on our website.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and maintain the directory, verify professional credentials, display listings to users across the GCC, improve platform functionality, communicate with you about your account, and ensure a safe marketplace built on integrity. We never sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
3. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and analyze platform traffic. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features of the platform may not function properly without them.
4. Third-Party Sharing
As a regional directory, your listing information is visible to users across the six GCC countries. We may share aggregated, non-personal data with partners for analytics. We only share your personal information with third parties when required by law, or strictly to deliver the requested services (such as payment processing or credential verification).
