1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ABC Deals (abcdeals.info), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. ABC Deals is a directory platform connecting clients with verified agents, brokers, and consultants across the six GCC countries.
2. User Obligations
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating a profile or posting a listing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the platform lawfully and in good faith, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access another user's data.
3. Listing Accuracy
Professionals are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including services, pricing, credentials, and contact details. ABC Deals reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any listing that is inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or violates these terms or applicable law.
4. Verified Badge Usage
The Verified Badge is granted only to professionals whose identity and credentials have been confirmed by ABC Deals. The badge may not be transferred, copied, or displayed outside an active, authorized listing. Misuse or misrepresentation of verified status may result in removal of the badge and termination of the account.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, logos, and the ABC Deals name are the intellectual property of Prentis Tech and protected under applicable laws. Users retain ownership of the content they submit but grant ABC Deals a license to display it on the platform. Unauthorized reproduction or use of platform materials is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
ABC Deals acts solely as a directory to connect clients and professionals. We do not own, inspect, guarantee, or endorse the services offered by listed professionals. Any transaction or agreement made between users is solely the responsibility of those parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ABC Deals and Prentis Tech shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from use of the platform or interactions between users.
7. Termination
ABC Deals may suspend or terminate any account or listing that violates these terms, applicable law, or the integrity of the platform. Users may close their account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
